You have seen your conventional doctor without much direction, just medications to mask symptoms. You have met with a dietitian without experiencing any success. Maybe you have even seen a functional medicine practitioner and have walked away feeling disappointed.
You have gone down the rabbit hole of researching different diets and supplements, hoping to find your solution. You experimented with paleo, keto, vegan, vegetarian, or carnivore diets. Sometimes experienced short-term benefits but can’t follow them in the long run.
I am here to help you get to the root of your blood sugar issues and teach you how to eat and live in a way that allows your body to function as designed.
We focus on eating real, nutrient-dense food. We will learn to nourish our bodies and how to provide them with enough energy, vitamins, and minerals to look, perform, and feel our best.
Evaluate what may be hindering your body from optimally producing energy. We uncover if your diet and lifestyle are supporting or going against your cells’ ability to function.
Supplements are a helpful tool, and can be essential in the case of a severe deficiency. However, they can also become a crutch or barrier to developing healthier habits. When possible, we should seek to obtain our nutrients from whole foods.
We are not after quick fixes. We work towards changing how we live, developing habits and behaviors that are conducive to health. If we hope to heal, we cannot continue to live in a way that ultimately led to our health issues.

I will always share with you how to get certain nutrients through food. However, there may be certain nutrients that could be helpful to supplement with, so I will also present you with those options.
Because you are a human whose body requires the same things for your cells to function optimally. We learn how to nourish our bodies based on our unique needs and demands. The key is putting in the work and making changes that are conducive to health.
I am able to interpret previous blood work you already have, or I can also order new, more extensive blood work, if you desire. In the future, we can reevaluate to assess progress.
I provide guidance with constructing meals and snacks, and work with you to plan these based on your preferences and lifestyle.
In order to work with me, you must be willing to eat seafood, and preferably eggs.
